In British Columbia, a historic child welfare agreement was signed between the province, Ottawa and the Splatsin Nation. And a cloud of mystery surrounds a disease that plagues more than one hundred New Brunswickers. Their symptoms mimic those of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Health authorities are baffled.
