Episode Synopsis
Summer is all about the outdoors, isn’t it? So we’ll start things off in Ontario, where a “Living history museum” has been nominated for “Top Small Museum.” It tells the story of 19th century Peterborough County. We’ll follow the Round the Lake trail, one that is under construction on Hudson Bay Mountain, in the BC Bulkley Valley. And we’ll talk with an 11-year-old artist. Her name is Jola Willoner. Her work will once again be shown at the 7th annual Skeena Salmon Art Festival, in Terrace, B.C. Our journalists this week were Edward Sweeney, Pamela Haasen and Sabrina Spencer. Our national editors, Maureen McEwan and Victoria Fenner. Viewpoints is brought to you by the Community Radio Fund of Canada with the help of your local radio station. Host and producer Boris Chassagne.
