For this mix I wanted to do the complete opposite of how I DJ in a club. Normally I play three or four tracks at once, layering sounds and loops with them and cutting between them very quickly and aggressively. Here I am letting the tracks almost play out in full and taking a calmer, more relaxed approach. The tracks themselves range from music from Stephen Mallinder's debut solo LP Pow Wow from back in 1982 to upfront promos I've received in the last few days, there is some deeper techno but it is mainly melodic and atmospheric tracks.
