Listen "Grow Up"
Episode Synopsis
Read Ephesians 5:15-171) If time machines existed and you could go back in time, what decision/s would you change? Why? 2) Human beings often use the “one more” approach to life: one more drink, one more bite, one more business trip, or one more swipe of the card. When have you made decisions based on the “one more” approach, did it add or subtract from your life? 3) Name some specific decisions that can be “not wrong,” but still “not wise?”4) In today’s passage, Paul tells us to: “be very careful how you live, not as unwise, but as wise.” Basically Paul is telling us to ask: What is the wise thing to do? Do you believe asking this question would result in better decisions and fewer regrets in your own life? If so, why?5) Make of a list of where you want to be relationally, professionally, financially, in one year, five years, or ten years. What wise decisions do you need to make now to achieve these goals?
