In Revelation chapters 2 and 3 we find letters to seven churches in Asia Minor- Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea. These 7 churches were seeking to follow Jesus in the midst of the Roman Empire. What can we learn about following Jesus as individuals and as a community in 2024 and in the midst of our own empires from these 7 letters written to these 7 churches about 2,000 years ago?

This past Sunday we looked at Revelation 2:18-29 which is the letter to the church at Thyatira. Dig in and see what this letter might say to us about living in our world today.
