I'm listening to a song by Sunday Service Choir, it's Greater Than. You should check it out. I realized that it doesn't get easier, it gets better. Honestly, I don't know what all this painful sharpening is for. Does it have to be this sore? I used to find consolation in the idea that it'll be easier, but I don't think it does. One of the realest things someone told me was "it gets better", that makes more sense than a fantasical "it will be easy one day", it won't! It'll always match up to the new level of growth, and I have to rise to the occasion. Well, what happened this morning makes me understand the urgency of the situation, and I will respond accordingly. This is an episode for that.
