In this episode, I talk to my friend Caren about her life journey and how she dealing with her cancer diagnosis. This interview was inspired by a conversation we had when I found out that she had cancer and how important it is to speak your truth and be free and authentic.  For far too long we have suppressed our emotions and hide behind a mask.
