Jorge Abreu started his real estate investing business in 2005 during the peak of the market that would come crashing down a few years later. He flipped single family houses for 10+ years and realized that he wasn't completely satisfied doing what he was doing. He wanted to scale his business and started investing in larger multifamily apartment buildings in Texas and Oklahoma. Hear how Jorge amassed a portfolio of 3,100 apartment units in both an active as well as a passive capacity, and leveraged his  construction business to win more deals and attract more passive investor capital.
