He weeps, showing his humanity and divinity combined, and engages with Martha and the Jews in both logical and emotional ways. Jesus asks Martha if she believes, and she demonstrates her practical nature by agreeing to roll the stone away. Jesus prays, thanking God, and calls Lazarus by name, modeling the perfect response to Jesus' call.
