In strict adherence to the technicism that separates the term that catalogs our Internet speed, we could say that today bandwidth is fast and quick, however, users sometimes doubt if it’s indeed Broadband or Narrowband... Below we address the definition of the 3 terms discussed in this opportunity: Bandwidth: In IT systems, bandwidth refers to the amount of data that can be transported by any means in a given period of time. Broadband: Refers to the transmission of data by modern means, which allows high speed data transfer between one or several points at a time. Narrowband: In the connections’ world, a narrowband connection means a type of connection that uses a very low bandwidth such as telephone modem (dial-up) for example.
