There is a large cloud of misunderstanding around the VAs Presumptive Condition List. Many veterans think that just because they have a disease that is listed on the VA Presumptive Condition list that they will automatically get a disability compensation payment. Either way, you’re probably wondering how to get disability compensation for Presumptive Conditions. If you are reading this, it is for likely two reasons.
HOW TO WIN A PRESUMPTIVE CONDITION?
