After graduating from USU with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences and minors in Marketing and Sociology Oz became the operations manager for Adventure Tour Company in Alaska. During his time there, he gained valuable experience with HR, marketing, sales, growth/expansion, and day to day operations. After five years he decided to try something new and began working in the career services realm for Eagle Gate College. Eventually he decided to leave Eagle Gate College and joined Millennial Medical as the Director of Sales. After one year he bought ownership of the company and continues with it to this day. He also co-owns MDUB Medical with USU’s Athletic Trainer, Mike Williams.
