Here's the first track off Ted Taforo's next album in line titled "Bacon Lettuce & Tmrw" which will be released over the next few months via Urban Waves Records.
Dog Dad is dedicated to our recently deceased and much loved dog Darcy. The tune features Zephyr Avalon on bass and Efajemue on drums.
The music combines influences and elements from Lofi hip hop with more traditional harmonic jazz structures. You can hear some of Darcy's last few barks on earth recorded accidentally in the piano mic, about an hour before he passed away.
Dog Dad is a bittersweet song full of energy and love that sweeps the listeners off their feet for a short but meaningful while with jazzed beats and catchy melodies.
