Tom was curious to see what this month's implementation call was about. He 'jumped in' about 15 minutes into the call where my client Anita and I were discussing her recent success using some of my marketing suggestions.Tom didn't come to the call expecting to have his marketing challenges solved, but he was appreciative to be have been able to share where he's been 'stuck.'
