I am also sharing with you that certain supplements have shown to produce adverse effects on your health while the same nutrient coming from food is health-boosting. I am talking about certain supplements which taken together can reduce absorption or create other health issues. I am talking about superfoods and Ayurvedic herbs and why I prefer them over supplements. And lastly I am giving you tips on how to supplement in a healthful, empowered and effective way.
