Here are three things you can try in the next three months and be ready to make an impact in 2025:
#READ whatever you like for at least 20 minutes a day, but fix a time for it and don't miss it. Pick up anything you like - it doesn't matter how many pages you read, what matters is how much time you stick to the book. The numbers will fall into place.

#Exercise: Pick one exercise you are comfortable with and spend 20 minutes a day on it, regularly, at one particular time, whether morning or evening. Doesn't matter what muscle it builds, what matters is building a #habit of #stayingfit.
#Proactive : Be impatiently Proactive, don't get trapped in being #perfect, pick one area of #improvement where you need to master and put your best into it from today. Spend at least 20 minutes a day at a particular time and try to do 1% better than yesterday.
That's all!
Put together, if you spend 1 hour a day on these three things, which is actually 1% of your total awake time per day, for the next 81 days, you will witness your life transform in 2025 at a different level.
