I am sure, you would have heard many such proverbs as fail faster | fail to learn | failure is a key to success and many more! It's absolutely true, one who tries may fail but shouldn't stop, must learn from failure and prepare well and try again. One of such case of multiple failure and multiple attempts I remember is of Thomas Edison, I guess it would be the highest failure rate ever - failed 1000 times in one inventions but still he didn't give up and finally lightened the world. Once asked by a reporter during a press conference - how did it feel to fail 1000 times for one invention, Thomas Edison replied - I didn't fail 1000 times, it was an invention of bulb with 1000 steps! How brilliant answer and how strong his desire was to get succeed his inventions. This is what exactly we tool need to build in ourselves as Courage To Deal with Failures and learn from it. I describe the word FAIL as : F = Fortunate to (getting opportunity) A = Attempt (putting best efforts) I = Inspired (if failed, inspired by leaders) L = Learn(learn new ideas & attempt again) I hope you like this episode.
