Start with listing your Top 3 #Goals, then choose which two are most important to you, and set the third one aside. Next, select one goal from the remaining two which is both a #quickwin and relatively easy to achieve. As you achieve your first win, you'll gain #confidence and #momentum to tackle the next #challenge.
Remember, don't fall into the #multitasking trap! As #humans, we can only #focus on one task at a time, although we can think of many. So, focus on one goal and give it your undivided #attention, and get it done.
Take the first step towards making your 2025 your year of focus and #achievement. Write down your TOP three Goals or habits for the 1st week of January 2025 and pick one and achieve it.
