Here's How, you can do it : find a comfortable place, close your eyes, sit quietly, and let your #thoughts flow freely. Don't try to stop your #brain; just let everything be as it is.
Slightly start focusing on in between your eyebrows, slightly upwards towards forehead and visualize a light within the darkness inside you. Stay #calm, let go of all the #distractions around you.
If you feel that you're unable to #focus, then you can play #OMChanting at 108 Mhz. This will take you to a deeper level, where you'll feel connected with your inner self and experience the ultimate #peace and #joy.
People call it #mediation, but I am keeping it as a simple silence practice so that you can start practicing it at ease and slowly reach to the desired level of peace and joy within yourself.
