In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing my friend and former CSUF teammate Mike Tansley. Mike is a 4 time Big West Champion, with 2 cross country titles and 2 steeplechase titles. He earned All American honors in the steeplechase and represented the USA at the IAAF World Road Relay Championships in Brazil. We discuss his start in the sport of running, what it was like competing in the steeplechase and words of advice for young runners who hope to run at the collegiate level. In my, “That’s Crazy Good” food segment I share my experience at Root Down in Denver, CO.
