We have had hundreds of conversations with women about finding their voice professionally. We discuss the habitual ways people who identify as female show up in meetings, and the untraining strategies they can practice. Dr. Rogow helps us provide specific behaviors we can use to train for a different experience in high stakes communication settings. We will be handing out permission slips, talking about meeting hangovers, and exploring the role of authenticity in your training.
