Ben Goresky spent his early adult life as an addictions counsellor, & holds a bachelor's degree in Addictions Counselling.He coachs men in 1st and 2nd stage recovery using a holistic approach to accelerate their healing and achieve a full recovery from addiction. As a leader in The Samurai Brotherhood, a community for conscious men, he draws on his experience in the realms of addiction, & transpersonal therapy to support men in improving their relationships, and their success in the world.His dream is to live in a world where everybody knows their value, feels loved, and is in touch with their purpose. & the work he does truly is helping that dream come true. What we discuss in this episode:  -part of what brought him to this work was that “he had met his match & knew that if he didn’t level up that he would probably sabotage the relationship”  -It’s not your job to tell your partner when they’re projecting -“your dream partner will become your nightmare, and we need to learn to resolve the nightmare without forcing the other person to change…” -why men have such a hard time taking suggestions from women.
