Episode Synopsis
One of the biggest reasons you get stuck is because of your thinking. That’s not an attack, it’s good news.
It’s good news because that means you can get unstuck all by yourself. It doesn’t require anyone in your life to change, you don’t have to massively alter your life to get relief and simply becoming aware of what’s going on between your two ears can be all it takes to wiggle loose.
This is the second podcast in the 'Unstuck Yourself Series' and in it I will show you how your mind is creating your experience in life. Once you learn this, you can’t ignore it. It allows you to take ownership of your feelings and empowers you to decide what story you’re going to tell yourself about everything.
There are no worksheets this week. All I want you to do is create awareness around your thinking. You can do this by simply writing down what you're feeling and getting curious as to why? What are the facts? What are the thoughts swimming around your head about those facts?
Once you can see the story you're telling yourself, you then get to decide what you want to do with that story. Do you want to keep it, alter it or completely change it?

Hi, friend! My name is Pamela Hughes and I’m a former talk show host turned life coach. After 20 years in the news business, I walked away from what people thought I should do and I did what I wanted to do … coach people who are stuck like I was and help them find relief, awareness and control within themselves.
This was no easy task and I’m not here telling you it was. I had to take full responsibility for where my life was and then decide where I wanted it to go. It was time to stop complaining about my situation and do something about it. I had to stop looking for others to validate me and start having my own back. This required looking inside myself for the answers instead of looking outside myself.
I told you it wasn’t easy … but I wouldn’t change one thing about my journey because it led me right here to you reading about it, maybe identifying with aspects of it and hopefully being inspired to get UNSTUCK.
