In this episode Abeni explains the lessons she has learned from feeling ALL her feelings in her time in isolation and the epiphanies that have risen to surface. Abeni reads small excerpts from her diary in regards to her most recent relationship. Within those entries, they show a small meek woman who was confused and fearful. Now that the door has shut on this relationship, Abeni dedicates herself to becoming a new woman. She finally can say outloud, “I’m ready to be the woman I’m meant to be!” Tune in to hear what change will come.
