This is our 2nd Episode in SMORGASBORD month and I had the pleasure of sitting down with the CEO/Founder of Sistah Girl Movement, Erica Alexander. Erica shares with me how her career in Education caused her to pivot and start her organization. SGM is a community service based organization whos primary focus is to cultivate healthy relationships between women while helping them to build their self esteem. From there these Sistahs host events and programs to provide free services to their community.
