Throughout this month we will have several guests on from a psychotherapist, to a mindset coach, to an individuals actively living with a mental disorder, to a mental health program that provides support services. Our guests will help us to dismantle stigmas associated with mental health. The objective for this month is to highlight Mental Health but to provide SUPPORT! If you don't suffer from a mental health issue PLEASE don't check out, listen in so you can know how to support those in your tribe who do. We will also discuss prevention, how to identify and acknowledge our emotions and feelings. How to protect and preserve our mental health.
May shouldn't be a somber month because its Mental Health Awareness month, instead be excited because it's a time where we will be educated so that we can help others and ourselves. Journey with me as we find and create a safe space for ourselves and others.
