UNO Souls Chat: I am honored today to be chatting with Lisa Kimball – an UNO Soul.  She is the Executive Officer of the Arc of Loudoun.Lisa Kimball is a wonderful and kind member of the Loudoun County, VA community. And she has an amazing sense of humor! She is an executive that leads with kindness and it shows in everything that she does. The Arc of Loudoun is a local nonprofit that provides a lifetime of opportunities for people with disabilities.  They advocate for, educate, serve, and support people with disabilities and their families. Words of wisdom: “It’s all about being kind. In any situation, if you can just take one heartbeat to temper your response. To realize that everybody has something going on. You can get what you need. You can make your point – but try to be a little bit kind - but just lead with kindness. If everybody could do that – just a tiny bit –even just some of the time - we’d be living in a much nicer world and we’d be able to face all of the challenges going on.” I am grateful for you Lisa!
