“Open to Rethinking"
Hey Everybody,
It’s vital that we are open to rethinking everything and that we invite the Highest Voice into our conscious mind for each phase our thinking.
I invite us all to look at anything that is troubling us and become willing for it to become our teacher. That would mean rethinking it, whatever “it” is. Trust me, if we are feeling angsty about any incident or condition in our life, we need to rethink it so that we can once again be assured that there is a loving and intelligent solution to all that itches us today.
Too many of us are unconsciously willing to let go of people we have loved over small offenses that could so easily be resolved with a thought of God in the midst of it. I believe it was Bill Wilson of A.A. who said, “Resentment is the number one offender.” Please rethink all of your resentments. None of them are worth the confusion they bring. I understand that it is a process but stay in the ring and keep inviting that Highest Voice that loves both you and the one who is troubling you.
If there is something you really want to do and you think it is impossible for you to ever do, rethink that impossibility. I have proven to myself over and over that so many of my impossible’s actually weren’t. I remember when walking on a stage brought up the most uncomfortable self-consciousness. I have been on many a stage now and I love it almost every time and I am grateful every time. It took decades to get through my fear enough that I could invite God onto the stage with me.
So please, invite God into your thoughts so that you can do whatever is necessary to heal any part of your life that is falling short of the ideal. Please!
Let’s affirm together, “The Superconscious Mind is awake in me now!”
Grateful For the Awareness of God Present and Active,
Rev. Shawn
