Listen "Bravery - The quiet wins that shape us"
Episode Synopsis
Today, I want to talk about bravery — but not the kind they make movies about. I mean the everyday bravery that so often gets overlooked.
Because let’s be honest: if bravery was only defined by running into burning buildings or climbing mountains, most of us would feel like we’re flopping through life.
But I believe bravery is messaging first while sweating like a sinner in church.
It’s walking into an event solo and pretending your stomach isn’t doing cartwheels.
It’s being vulnerable, asking for help, speaking up, and showing up.
Basically — all the stuff that makes you want to throw up a little but you do it anyway.
