Episode Synopsis
You're now free to move about the cabin! Mental Health is real and affects EVERYONE. In this episode, I share ways to hack your mental health to positivity and excitement through my own personal journey with mental health.
Hack No. 1: Find a REAL professional therapist
Hack No. 2: Connect with friends and family regularly (run a monthly email check-in, or weekly chat)
Hack No. 3: Food for thought... eat nutritious and colorful foods!
Hack No. 4: Connect with nature at least 2 x a week (it's apart of our anthropology)!
Hack No. 5: Be Active 3 x week (it can be a walk, yoga, or gym routine)
Hack No. 6: CHART NEW TERRITORY! (try a cooking class, or something entirely new)
