We're joined by legendary investigator and radio host Ed Opperman (@oppermanreport) to discuss his life digging into the empire's dirt. We find out a bit about his early days with the NYC yippies, and discuss how that led to his career. Ed gives us a rundown of the ideological split in the conspiracy research camps, and the ways the efforts have evolved since he got involved.
We follow up with a discussion of COINTELPRO, and speculate on how it might be utilized in modern activist circles. With big money involved in our politics, many agents of empire are seeking to manufacture their own narratives and propagate them in media outlets. We give a nuanced summary of current developments on the American left and consider missteps as well as successes.
We then get to our thoughts on Trump's declassifications and the UFO videos, and what that has to do with the ongoing hysteria re: the election. We theorize on what this means for the American empire's dependence on the MIC.
