Listen "Under Current: Why no to GMO?"

Episode Synopsis

The moratorium on GM crops is being lifted in NSW on the 1st of July. It's the age old question: is GMO really good for us and the planet?
I spoke with Associate Professor of Biosciences at The University of Melbourne, Alex Johnson about his ongoing GMO wheat trials, and about what GMO is capable of.
Later in the show I also spoke with President of the Australian Food Sovereignty Alliance, Tammi Jonas, about natural ways of boosting biodiversity and food nutrition.
