Last week I brought you some humor in the form of my recent stand-up comedy set. This week I dusted off a conversation from 2011 that  I had with the very gracious and kind, Teresa Velardi who had invited me to speak on her then weekly Transformational Tuesdays call. I share a bit about myself and more about the power of humor and laughter.  I get pretty specific so for those of you who might "geek out" about topics you are passionate about, you might enjoy hearing about some research done on laughter and humor and the history of laughter yoga.
