What's worth wanting turns out to be surprisingly simple yet profound: fresh air because clarity needs space to breathe, experiences because leadership is a practice not a title, aliveness because no one is inspired by a leader who's merely surviving, and intentional breathing because when stress rises, the real power lies in the pause.This isn't just philosophical musing—it directly impacts your leadership effectiveness.
