We tend to overcomplicate the process of what needs to be done in our life to create the life we want. And while yes its work we make it more work when we resist what we truly know in our soul needs to be done. Often it's the discomfort of what's familiar and its in the daily choice that you can experience different things in your life. This gets to be the year of my beautiful soul.
