Jim Donnelly has been the leader of Hudson Headwaters Health Network’s (HHHN) 340B Program for the last 20 years, a healthcare company that provides third-party administration, auditing services, and consulting, to entities nationwide using a 340B participant's perspective. He designed an information system that tracks all aspects of 340B drug ordering, dispensing, pricing, etc. between all of HHHN’s contracted pharmacy sites, their wholesalers, and HHHN to monitor and report the monthly processes and ensure compliance with the Federal regulations and oversees a team which continuously enhances and maintains the robust application.
