The disciples promised they'd never abandon Jesus, yet scattered when it mattered most. But Jesus knew this would happen - and died for them anyway.
His grace is sufficient, even in our weakness. True strength isn't found in heroic moments, but in daily dying to self and embracing our need for a Savior.
'For when I am weak, then I am strong.' - 2 Corinthians 12:10
