Founder, D&I practitioner and podcast host Lisa Mulligan joins me on UNBiased this week. 
Lisa is the Founder and Director of The Culture Ministry. It has been her dream to establish a pragmatic and experienced business offering D&I consultancy and support services that are provided by experienced people who have actually delivered D&I work within organisations across Asia. 
Not only has she realised this dream, but Lisa has been instrumental in building communities of DEI professionals across Asia and is one of the first in the region to develop a diversity and inclusion salary survey within Asia.
