Today's episode is in memory of my younger sister, Hilary, who passed away suddenly on August 25, 2024. It is a reminder to cherish moments and to cherish the people you have in your life. It's also a reminder that grieving is a never-ending journey and that losing someone who is so close to you will change your life in ways that you could never imagine.
If you lost someone & are grieving, please be gentle with yourselves, and if you know someone who is grieving a loss, please be gentle with them too. This is not an easy journey to be on. 
There is a lot of pain in loss, but there is so much pain because you had so much love for that person.
