Today's episode is a quick little validation to all of the other parents out there who may be feeling afraid after recent events that have taken place in our country. I just want you all to know that you're not alone. It's ok to feel afraid and overwhelmed. 
I have included some resources (there are tons more available in many different places) on talking with your children about violence in schools and ways you can get involved and be vigilant.
