A certified positive psychology coach, hypnotherapist, plant based chef and registered dietitian, Renée has checked off several bucket list items including getting paid to travel the world, moving across the country to create a new life, and returning to school at 55 to pursue a masters degree.

After sending her daughter off to college, Renée packed up her signature teal velvet sofa, 2 pit bull "sons" and a few other highly cherished items and drove across the country to continue on her journey to happiness. Leaving behind a 20 year marriage where her then husband took care of almost all of the financial responsibilities was daunting to say the least. But the desire for true happiness fueled by self love won the battle to get out of the comfort zone.
