If we want to be successful at work in the future, we all need to learn how to tell good stories, says Derek Bruce. Derek met Roanne in the beautiful Amsterdam SOHO house to share his views on work and leadership of the future. In the episode, we talk about:

- How writing can help you to communicate better to your colleagues (and boss!)
- Why sometimes, the best thing you can do for your company, is refuse that job
