Johnny talked to Mike Stax about growing up in the ‘50s and ‘60s in Forest Hills, New York, his high school garage band the Tangerine Puppets, and some of the great live shows he saw back then, including the Beatles, the Stones, the Who, the Lovin Spoonful, the Stooges, and his hometown heroes, the Vagrants. And, of course, they talked about the Ramones.
