If I could ever give ANYONE a piece of advice I would say ‘never look at anything as a negative experience, look at it as a lesson - what did it teach me?’ My advice discusses: the damage of people pleasing, owning who you are, experimenting, how to not care what people think, damage of high school romance/lack of, how to navigate bad friendships, quality over quantity of friends, the journey of your mental health, words to live by, how to love your own company, accepting the love we think we deserve and MUCH more. Never hate on your past self for the actions you took, understand why you did them and again see them as a lesson. ILYSM.
