The Teaching With Small Boat Alliance (TWSBA) Podcast offers insights to the amazing work being done throughout the network of organizations teaching youth and adults by building small boats, rowing, sailing them, and much more. This nonprofit alliance is made up of approximately 300 organizations and annually involves more than 100,000 participants around the world. The organization organizes biannual international conferences and was established in 2011 by current board president Joe Youcha and a dedicated group of hard working volunteers. It draws on a foundation of hands-on and project based learning and educators that have gone before it.
