Melissa is Black and Kim is Korean American, their daughter Breslyn is a mix of both ethnicities. Kim and Melissa almost met on Bumble in 2019 but Kim didn't swipe right. As fate would have it they met in person at a Stonewall Sports mixer a week later and have been together ever since.
