Episode Synopsis
After appearing on UniversalNBC’s The Voice, Jackie fearlessly packed her bags and moved to Los Angeles, not knowing anyone who lived there. A coincidental meeting introduced her to Vanessa Wheeler, artist and guitarist professionally named VAVÁ and bassist/producer Francisco Ojeda, leading to an explosive debut single in 2020 “Someday”. “Someday” speaks to the generation of lost millennials who are really, really just trying their best and landed on Spotify’s Fresh Finds, New Music Friday Denmark, Music for a Workday, Billboard, Audemars Piguet’s and Chani Nicholas’ Cosmic playlists. Billboard called “Someday” a “soothing, lush slice of dream pop”.
