Employers and Employees must do their part to build a strong emotional connection approach in the workplace! We had the amazing opportunity to have Renee Eaton, a leader and facilitator in support of using an emotional connection approach in the workplace. Expressing ourselves is important and we must do it in a way that will show action afterwards.
