Process and patience are the key takeaways from this episode. Benjamin Moultrie-Grant is a Christian Artist and Social Architect residing in Nassau, Bahamas. He is passionate about international cultural diplomacy and is committed to using his faith to develop stronger communities.On January 1, 2020, he co-founded a creative agency called HAMIAN, which is focused on scaling the Bahamian creative economy globally. Inspired by the work of political scientist Joseph Nye, Benjamin believes that the use of culture and “soft power” will be the primary way that countries interact with each other in the future.With this in mind, it will be important for countries to define who they are and employ sustainable development to improve the lives of their citizens and residents despite social, environmental, economic, and political challenges.Currently, Benjamin serves as the first Artist in Residence at Project ICE Bahamas where he is developing programming to create transformative spaces.
