The world seems to be full of people with entitlement issues. The problem appears within families, groups of friends or at work. This appears to be a pervasive problem today. When a person feels entitled, they believe everyone else owes them, or should serve them, and they will not compromise or feel empathy for other’s needs. What happens to that person of entitlement? They are not satisfied, always expecting more of the best from others. Those they actually need and look on as servants will move further away from them. All the while, that person with entitlement issues comes into a life of prideful sin.The Lord grants grace to the humble but detests pride. If prideful, is there a remedy? Once a person is convicted and recognizes the need for change, they can decide to humbly turn to God in repentance and come to Jesus!This was simply food for thought as we enter into theHoliday season.
